CHIN CHIN LABS

This my friends is a thick, luxuriously rich hot chocolate from Chin Chin Labs in Camden, topped off with a soft scoop of marshmallow and blow torched before my very eyes to perfection.

Camden is one of my favourite markets in London, but as you may know it's a bit of a maze in there, and the more well known side with the heavier footfall isn't my fav. My favourite hang out there are the vintage tea rooms, tucked deep inside and underground Camden market, but more about that to come..
