You may have seen a previous post of mine covering Chin Chin Labs decedant hot chocolate with a scoop of soft marshmallow on top which is then blow torched! We'll the same makers of that deliciousness are actually actually famous for their ice cream, frozen with liquid nitrogen!
Today's delightful flavour was Valrhona chocolate with a hazelnut crisp 👌
